Mühlenchemie has introduced extensive precautions to ensure that the products that leave our factory are in top condition. High quality can only be maintained by constant testing. The way our products take through the plant is documented according to strict quality assurance criteria. The raw materials are processed according to the HACCP Guidelines.

Quality assurance for raw materials and finished products

Our quality system starts with handling of the raw materials. These are tested by an in-house laboratory and by an outside firm. Only if they meet the high quality requirements are they released for production.
The finished products are also examined by the company itself and by an outside laboratory according to a testing plan. They are only released for sale if they meet the quality requirements.

Quality assurance during the production process

The hygiene status of the plant is monitored by means of microbiological analyses performed by an independent laboratory.
